CAUTION!!! DO NOT BUY ONLINE
Another complain aboit the Courier Service!!! And their Whatsapp and customer service suck!!!!! They do not have direct contact with the courier service. My delivery is already 5 DAYS LATE!!! BE AWARE TO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION!!!

06 Nov 2024, 13:19Just to let everyone know. Im still awaiting my delivery. That is after Phumzile emailed me yesterday to aplogize. I did reply to her, Im still awaiting her follow up reply. Again I phoned the Customer Service, telling mw there is a IP issue so they can trace my package and wanted to log a call again!!!!! I now emailed their apparent Manager...will see how long she will take to respond and sort this mess out!!!
