Canon printer

I have bought a canon printer from Incredible connections for R3500 It had a 3 year warranty. The printer had a paper jam not even 1 year old. Incredible sent it to get inspected which they are claiming 400 to get a quote which they never told me about. Then another 600 to sort it out because warranty doesn’t cover it. They don’t want to give it back to me until I pay the 400. This is liberty mall incredible connection. It’s been over 2 months now
