Cannot honour deal so claiming out of stock
I purchased a Demo Samsung 32\ TV from their online store on the 9th of December - Order *** as a present to my friend for Christmas. This item was on promotion for R1999 and I confirmed that stock was available at their Eastgate store at time of order. I chose free delivery option which takes 5 - 10 working days. My friend received a call yesterday stating that there is no stock and I must request a refund. However
