cancelled order incredible connection.

I ordered an X box online on the 28th of November and cancelled my order on the 29th before the shipment. I have not yet received a refund from incredible connection. I have been calling daily and it's either the is no answer or when they do they tell me to wait for feed back via e mail which I never got regarding the refund. The only mail I got was about the order been shipped a week after the order was cancelled. They are sending me inbetween departments. Today I got a call from the delivery company who wanted directions to bring me the order that was cancelled two weeks ago. I still have no refund my money is still with them.
