Cancelled Order

I have placed an online order with them on the 24th of October. I have not received confirmation of this order at all. The following morning I logged back into my account and noticed they cancelled my order without any notification or refund. The money has gone off my account though. Thus, I can not track the order as it has been cancelled by them. I can not ask refund as it has been cancelled by them. There is almost no means of getting in contact with them. No contact details. Whatsapp number does not exist. They do not respond to e-mails. Then last resort was to contact them with the online portal. Very unhelpful. Just escalated my query which I got a reference number for. Now, I Paid Them. I do not have my order which was over R8000?
