canceled order delivered

hi, i ordered an connex laptop on the 29th of april 2020, and on 30th i cancelled my order due to me realising i want something else's that was before my order was even taken to the courier, it was still placed not moved, on the 01st may u got reply that i will be refunded my my money, advised that i send my banking details, u did that, .

what surprises me is that my order was not cancelled, because today the courier delivered that canceled order. i don't know how #incredibleconnections, allow such unprofessional service to their customers.

please update your online platforms purchases.

i still need to be refunded. plz kindly assists me. now the order is here with me, just after i cancelled it. i did my part as customer which was cancelling on time. yet still it is delivered. i don't need it now. can i be refunded a.s.a.p
