Calling the Help Line

<p>I bring trying to call the help line for hours now ..... it keeps ringing and no one answer ?</p> <p>Also email them as well this whole week no reply </p> <p> </p> <p>why do you have a number if no one answer or email which no one replies ?</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this what customer service is ????????????????????????????????????</p>
