Buy elsewhere!!!

I received my order that I placed online after I wasted my money that I'd supposedly saved for buying on promo trying to track my package which they themselves did not know what was going on, only to find when it got here today that the smart LNB was not included in the package despite it being part if the promo. Now to wait again n probably waste more money keeping track of it as IC is useless with what their supposed to do best...really frustrating and annoying. People also seem to think "we're sorry for the inconvenience sir" and "we understand your frustration" will refund my money and replace my time both wasted.
