I bought goods to the value of R13,293.00 to use urgently. All I got was trash, after being taken up and down meaning going back to their store to inquire about their faulty appliances without assistance. I was told by their employees that they can't refund me full price of the goods as they are doing me a favor by accepting their own faulty goods. I should wait for the little that they will decide to refund, after whatever days known to them. That's how arrogant, self centered and Custer oriented they are. Even today I am still waiting for refund for the goods I don't even have. While my cash is invested in their phat accounts.
