Broken TV

I purchased a sumsang 75inch on the 17/09/20 which I then picked up a week later, never used or opened until I got a guy to come and install the TV on the 11/10/20 which was the exact date I purchased a TV bracket at makro in ottery. This was when we had discovered that there was a huge crack in the TV. The day I came to fetch the TV I was so light headed that it never even crossed my mind that the person who gave me the TV never showed me if anything is in working condition which now only adds up for when the day the TV had to be installed the TV was open at the bottom and they taped it up with their incredible connection tape,there wasn't any straps around the TV and when I went back to the store they could not given me an explanation as to why they never showed me if everything was working. They let me wait for 2 and a half hours in the shop and then afterwards they said they can't help me they will send the TV away to Samsung for assessment and they cannot tell me how long it will be there or would not even give my money back. Keeping in mind this TV was on sale and was one of the last tvs left in the store
