Brand new laptop died and lost all my data

Bought a new Lenovo Laptop from Vaal Mall Incredible connection within a month the laptop died, I copied 3 years worth of family photos onto the laptop. When it crashed I begged them to make a backup of the data, I have been informed that the laptop has been repaired but the data was not back up and why it was not backed up they can't say.

This shows that they do not care at all, you are just a sale and don't give a **** about the things that matter.

3 years of family memories gone and they don't care.
