Brand new laptop being faulty

I bought a HP laptop in December which I paid R9999 for. Opening and starting the setup process was easy however after that trying to use it was a mission because you had to press the start button more than ten times in order for it to switch on. I eventually got so fed up that I took it back to the store where the technician told me that the laptop needed to be updated. He then proceeded to do same and after 3 hours I collected it only to find out when I got home that the update wasn’t completed and I had to complete same. After the update the laptop started acting up again where it took forever to startup. I then contacted them again and was asked to bring it in again as they had to send it to the supplier. After 2 months I eventually received the laptop. Just to discover it’s still giving the same problem. I have left a few messages for someone to contact but to no avail. All I now want if for them to take back their ******* and refund me in full. This is not on.
