Bought broken product and refuse to replace

Bought gaming headsets latest Gen Rig 500 Pro, used probably for about 4 hours when i felt this thing isn't sitting correctly. When i looked i noticed both sides are cracked/broken.... brand new headsets.

Returned for replacement or maybe store credit because clearly a fault. Came back 3 weeks later saying no sorry they can do nothing for me.

I have previous Gen Rig 500 they have 6k+ hours and still work 100% that is how i know it is definitely a dud i bought....
