Bought a that isLaptop Out of stock, no one cares

On Saturday 5th of march i purchased a DELL 5558 I7 order number is #***. I clicked the collect option from Clearwater mall, as i thought this would be the fastest, as i needed the laptop by Wednesday. <br> <br> On Monday i had still not received any word from you regarding my order. I phoned the contact number and was told Clearwater would contact me later hat day. No one had contacted me by the end of the day. On Tuesday i phoned Clearwater directly, first to be told they don't know about the order, then to be told they would get back to me. When they got back to me they told me that the laptop i ordered is out of stock (Don't you think as an e-commerce site you should keep you site updated). After fighting with everyone and being transferred all around, i got transferred to a Ronnie, he was the only helpful person and managed to get me a DELL 5559 I7 but told me i had to pay in. <br> Unacceptable, you should provide me with what i paid for. After talking to him we met halfway which i am not happy about but went in and paid the difference. I have the laptop but now i do not have a receipt of payment, he promised i would be emailed my reciept by 10 yet nothing. I need it for insurance!
