Bought a phone, sent it for repairs, never saw it again - 3 months

bought a Samsung A32 at the Clearwater store. Phone stopped working and we sent it back. We were told that the issue is because the phone fell - I just conceded to pay, because we need the phone back. That was in Oct 2021. It's now January 2022. I still don't have my phone due to the 3rd party repairs company not communicating, the store not communicating until after I went back there twice, and called multiple times. I have paid for the repairs, no no one knows where my phone is. Well, now I understand why some people call it Incredible *******ion. All I get is the one odd phone call (returning my calls, never by initiative) telling me they are sorry and they are sorting it out with the supplier.
