Bought a game with the disc missing

<p>Recently, Incredible Connection has been clearing out stock of their games. I purchased 4 games online (one ps4 game and 3 ps3 games) and opted to pick them up in-store. When I went to the store, they were not availablle except one so I had to choose from a small selection of used games. Seeing as the games were R19 each, I didn't mind. I even missed out on the PS4 game. The one game was in stock was presented to me wrapped in plastic (Battlefield 4). While I was in the store I also picked up a tablet cover for R400. When I went home to open and inspect my purchases, the Battlefield 4 game was carefully opened through the plastic and contained no disc.<br /><br /> I buy quite often from Incredible, but I thought it would now be more effort and expense to go back to the store and fight over this. However, I am extremely disappointed with IC. I am a loyal customer, and to be sold incomplete goods is not on. That also means staff are *****ing, which is sad. This loss is passed on to the customer and that means a major loss of faith in the brand.</p>
