Bogus Computer Advice

Bought an I3 HP computer from the Gateway store. When consulting with the sales person, he convinced me that this computer would be compatble to run and use Photoshop. But with using it , it is completely underspeced, and slow. Will not buy anything, or consult with anybody from Incredible connection again
