Body shaming at Incredible Connection

On Sunday afternoon 9 June 2019 I went to incredible connection Menlyn in Pretoria to buy ear phones. A sales person directed me to an aisle where I could find a variety of earphones in the shop and make a decision. I followed the salesperson to the aisle only to be shouted at and body shamed by two cleaning ladies. I told the ladies I was directed there and did not see the wet floor sign. Kgomotso and Hlogi ( not sure of spelling) continued to swear at me saying I need to lose weight so I can be able to jump where they are cleaning. Why I am this fat anyway is it not painful. They said they don't even understand why I shop after 5 pm when they want to go home. This went on until the shop stood still. I asked for their names and all sales people pretended not to know them as if it was the 2 ladies first day at work. Fortunately the cashier Lesego provided the names even though she said she was not sure of spelling.

I am appalled by the service of the store and to think they can body shame instead of waiting for customers to live the shop is beyond comprehension.
