Blocked online application

I went and did an online credit application and was provisionally approved immediately. Took my details instore to complete the application, only to get there and have the application be blocked from there side. The very friendly and patient store saleman helped me and logged a call. After they unblocked me, I went back for a second time just to find out that it blocked again... The sales guy has made multiple calls, and still nothing, I even filled in a manual application. Now I am still waiting and have to go back a 3rd time... I am seriously not impressed.
