Blatently false advertising

They have the Lenovo 130-15 i3 1TB notebook on special. The price tag clearly states that it has an FHD screen, but when purchasing the notebook, they gave us an HD screen. We complained, but they blatantly refused to give the notebook as advertised. How do we proceed from here, as I see they never respond to complaints?
