Black Friday service for sure

<p>Apathetic, disrespectful and ******* service following ICs "Black Friday" deals. Waiting over a month for an order promised to be delivered within 5-10days. No apology, no explanation endless back and forth facebook chats and you consider yourselves a leader in tech retail. ******** man. I had packages coming all the way from China that came way faster than your so called free delivery option. I am glad i didnt pay for an actual delivery otherwise i would have been pulling hairs out of my head. And your so called customer service dept is the worst. Pathetic bunch of people. You really need to up your game on this online biz.</p> <p> </p> <p>Recommendation- Next time just deliver a whole bunch to nearest branches and we collect for ourselves. No convenience whatsoever in your free delivery propaganda... </p>
