Black friday Sale

This is not aimed at any specific store. I ordered a Ps4 online during the black friday sale. Upon checkout, my payment screen froze and I was redirected back to the incredible connection site. However, I received an email stating that my order is getting ready for delivery. I called the call centre during office hourshours to find out why no money has come off from my account yet. My order number was # ********** 52. I was told my order was cancelled due to non payment. (Note that it was not even 24-48 hours later) . This is not my mess up and there needs to be some form of compensation!
