Black friday fail! Incredible Connection (ought to be *******ion)

I purchased a 1.5TB External HDD though Incredible connection's online store using the Click and collect option for the Store in Geroge in the Garden Route. The money immediately went off my account and I recieved no Confirmation from Inc Connection, presumably because of their lack of knowladge of how to handle an influx of people on their website on Black friday.

Today I contact their support team just to hear "You have not placed and order, there is nothing we can do, contact your bank" I proceed to contact my bank and they tell me they can't do anything as Inc Coneection's merchant has already accepted the fund. I go back to Inc Connection's and i simply get a there is nothing we can do answer.

All this during work hours and I have to offer it up because of a bunch of incompitent idiots that are not even capable of maintaining a simple order system.

Not Incredible *******ion sits hapily with my money and I recieve no product.
