Billed twice for one purchase???

I went to the Greenstonr branch and purchased a Sansui Etab fro R999.90 but i received an sms twice. I went to my bank Absa 3 times already to try and see if the fault was not with them but the transaction was authorised by incredible connection and they need to reverse those funds back. I have issued them with my bank statement and it shows the purchase went out twice. I called their call centre and i get is an update that nothing has been done at all. These is really bad service and vow never to shop with them ever and for a first time experience that is very bad. I have spent more then that R999.90 on phone calls to their call center with no positive outcome. <br> This is really bad service.
