Beyond disappointed

The absolute WORST!! Don't ever buy anything from them online, first of all. NO, and I mean, NO after sales service. The numbers listed are bogus with no one answering them and their e-mail support is equally as pathetic. Most unhelpful staff! In-store assistance is equally as bad, I was sold a faulty unit and I had to drive to the nearest city(200km) to have it replaced and tech support was not willing to check and make sure the replacement unit would work on my laptop, if I was not willing to PAY a FEE of R200 EXTRA!!! This after paying R1700 for a unit ONLINE because I live far from the city, and then R400 fuel to drive there myself and the audacity to charge me a tech fee to make sure the new unit will work on my laptop!!! BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!!! The replacement unit is guess what??!! FAULTY!!! And here I sit again, being told to drive in to the city, ANOTHER extra cost, for another replacement unit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It's INCREDIBLE how they are still doing business??!!
