Beware your online order can get delivered to any random person (not you) and marked as complete.

I ordered a cable from their online store. A few days later, the order status said delivered. I called customer service who confirmed it was delivered, yet I ordered it, I paid for it, it's my name on the delivery address, but I have not received it. Giving it to a random person they find does not constitute delivery. They said they'd look into it a few days ago, but I haven't heard back from them, and doubt I will. First and last time ordering from Incredible Connection.
