Beware of Incredible *******ion

I bought a wifi mesh system online on 15 November and I still haven't received my order (28 November). I have been receiving the following sms on a daily basis: Unfortunately, we were not able to complete your Incredible delivery today. We will reschedule your delivery and communicate the new delivery date.

I have been phoning them every day and they tell me that it's out for delivery. I have laid a complaint, asked to speak to someone senior and nobody ever phones me back. I feel like I've been conned and my money has been ******. I'll never buy anything from them again. No wonder they're known as Incredible *******ion!
