Beware of Incredible Connections

I ordered a phone and a day later they phone me and says they only have a demo available and i said it is fine. Then they told me a demo is not looking good and the will rather refund me, so then the lady says they can not refund me because i have to send proof that the account i paid from is mine. It has been days now i send the proof already and emailed them to ask what is going on and they just ignore me so basically they are *****ing my money now. They are absolutely pathetic
