Beware of cheats

Just before Xmas shopping, I warn all against the V&A Cape Town shop. I returned an ASUS UX310 3 weeks after buying it because of screen instability and vibrations when mains charging. Rudy and Timothy are in charge of this shop and colluded to charge me 15% "handling costs" (3000 Rand !!). To my great surprise, this "because of the repackaging costs before resale". Kidding ? Not at all ! As I was in Upington, before I went back to the store I contacted ASUS Service Center who asked me to return it. Then I contacted IC Customer Service center, who told me to return it. Then I traveled back to Cape Town. As I am a tourist I had to accept the rip-off. And warn all of you against this company and these persons they consider ok to represent their company.
