Beware of Acer laptops sold online by this store.

I had a very disappointing experience with an Acer laptop purchased online from this shop. The laptop developed serious mechanical problems, and when I tried to get assistance, the supplier did not want to honour the warranty.

Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to be a factory-related mechanical fault, they started asking about an extended warranty that was never provided or properly explained at the point of purchase.

To make matters worse, they expect the customer to pay for repairs, yet the problems still remain unresolved because the issues seem to be manufacturing defects rather than normal wear and tear.

This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customers should be very careful when buying Acer laptops from this shop online, as after-sales support and warranty assistance may be a serious problem.

I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
