Be careful when ordering

I am beyond upset with Incredible connection online team, I ordered a package, it said delivery failed twice when they didnt even contact me to deliver the parcel. 2 weeks later I am yet to get a response to a single email and don't even try phoning they see your case and put the phone down. Never ever order from incredible connection, you'll never get your parcel nor your money back.
