Baywest branch sucks

They dont deserve any star. All of their branches and head office is useless. No proper customer service. We bought tv sticks at the Baywest branch. Took it back because it was faulty and within legislation we asked for refund. They said no the supplier has to fix it and only the supplier can decide re refund. We did not buy from the supplier we bought from incredible connection...better name incredible *******ion. The send it to supplier for repairs and we told them that the consumer protection act makes provision for default goods to be returned within 6 month period. The manager of the branch is also useless. We travelled from Jeffrey's to PE. So its petrol every time andnitnappears from my conversation withbhead office that they have lots of the tv sticks coming back thats faulty. Why do i have to sort this with their supplier.. i feel they are dishonest and its like *****ing from customers.
