Bait-and-switch

My wife and I needed new cell phones, specifically with dual sims. We decided to buy the Samsung Galaxy J5 Dual SIM LTE model. We looked online for the best price and found Incredible Connection had the phone on special. We drove from Durban straight to IC in Centurion on Friday to buy the phones, only to be told they had no stock! Bennie then went out of his way to get 2 phones from another branch for us (thank you Bennie for the brilliant service!). However, when we got home we found the phones did NOT have the dual sims we were expecting! Apparently they were some Vodacom ******* that had been modified to only take a single sim! This is typical of the bait-and-switch tactics IC are notorious for. They lead you to expect one thing then they fob you off with a lesser product. These phones are useless to us, we spent a lot of money only to be cheated by this duplicitous and dishonest company. I am sick of these people taking advantage of us and they keep getting away with it! I want my money back!!! I will lay charges of ***** against them if they do not refund our money. I will be speaking to my lawyer...
