Bad very very bad service

Very very very bad experience was in Vanderbijlpark at vaal mall 10 July want to take out mtn contract for R589 on 15g gold with ps5 bundle I was told no sale person be able to help as no mtn rep come back next week on 30 July visit again same problem phone Head office they also couldn't help as customer makes me very sad that company do false advertising and using a other compy logo as well as there's no service or any effort to help me giving me same product for same price I feel is very very bad As customer giving me false news and not delivering what you promised.Also launch complaint at mtn as I think using a other company and there logo to promote sale and not delivering on what promises is very bad and as customer's we expect to given product that's advertised not even make effort to give any service for same product at same price make me very unhappy and will make sure at let People know you do false advertising and not delivering on what you promise
