BAD SOFTWARE!!!

On the 29th March I went into the store to purchase anti - virus for my laptop.I wanted to purchase the mcafee as I had it on my laptop but it expired.. So instead of purchasing the R149 software I went after the salesman who told me to purchase the panda one instead for R329.. The viruses were quite bad and I thought this guy would know what he is talking about so i should go with what he says.. I then took that one and have had endless problems ever since.. no matter how much times i do a full scan which mind u takes 2 days to do, it does absolutely jack for my laptop.I have laid a complaint on the incredible connection website but i haven't received any feedback as yet.. I am studying and cant even use my laptop because of this stupid viruses and i have an anti virus ii cant even utilise!!! I do not have a slip or the card i bought it with as i was involved in a smash and grab the same day and it was in my wallet.. I would appreciate some feedback on this.. i do not want this software as it is frustrating me that i cant even use it!!!1
