Bad services

Called earlier today the store in Festival Mall and I was assisted by a guy called Thabo. I ask a quote for a pocket WiFI ****le and he promised to send the quote in the next hour or two. Two hours later I called he said he sent it but there was nothing on my side and he blamed it on the network, I then said suggested that he pushes it through WhatsApp and he agreed. An hour later there is no quote either on email or WhatsApp. I call again frustrated and in the store I’m told that he has stepped out and I’m 5 minutes away from my deadline and I end up missing my deadline and that’s all thanks to him.

Had Thabo said that he wasn’t going to do it I would have asked another store to do the quotation for me or get another supplier.

This kind of poor services really inconvenient people like me who work on deadlines. I wish we would all know that time is money and customer service is key.
