BAD SERVICE | NO DELIVERY

I had the worst experience with ordering online. I placed my order 2 June and today is 10 June and I still haven't received my order. I live in Cape Town, not in a deserted town in the middle of nowhere - so not sure why it is taking forever to arrive.

I followed up and complained 3 times now and I just get sent back and forth with no resolution. I will not be ordering ANYTHING from Incredible Connection again, I will be taking my business elsewhere and am going to let everyone I know to not do business with them again.
