Bad service - money down the drain

I bought a pair of Beats by Dre' headphones for R2000 from this shop for my daughter. Within two months I returned it because it was faulty and they couldn't fix it and they gave me a new pair. After a few months within the warranty period I took it back again because there was no sound coming from the headphones. The technical guy looked very irritated and tested it at the back and came back saying the headphones are working. We put it into our phones again and no sound. I told him to test it on his phone and it was not working. He then said we have to wait till January because the repair places are closed. In January my husband phoned and again this guy sounded very irritated and rude saying there's nothing wrong with the headphones. I have not gone back to that shop because I will completely lose it with him. The headphones are still there. I don't think it's fair because we paid a lot of money for it.
