BAD SERVICE - INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

I have orderrf a Defy Hand Blender from Incredible Connection on 29 July 2022. A tracking number has been issued, but when you contact Fedex Courier Services, the tracking number does not exist. I have spend more than an hour to try and track my parcel but nothing. When you call incredible connection, they refer you to Fedex and when you call them they just inform you the tracking number cannot be traced on their system, I must call Incredible Connection. Up to date, 10 August 2022 it is not delivered as yet. According to the tracking on your phone, it has been delivered. I will never ever buy any product from Incredible Connection. Very poor service.
