Bad Service - Incredible Connection

I bought a monitor online and during the purchase I put in my company name and VAT number. The VAT number was captured, but not the company name. I have emailed Incredible Connection <***> and Incredible Connection <***> several times without a reply to request putting my name on the invoice. I cannot claim the VAT nor the expensive thought my company until the invoice is put in my company name. What's going guys as this is not great service!
