Bad service from technician (Blueroute mall)

Incredible connection blueroute mall,Cape Town. Firstly I bought my laptop at the place ,took it back a so I can get it repaired.I use my laptop for schooling and this I told the technician Jason.He assured me he will diagnose it and get back to me on the day or the next day.Day 2 I heard nothing from the technician,after numerous call the staff on duty told me that the technicians do not work on weekends.Monday the public holiday comes and still no call from any technician.So I call the Tuesday and the technician says my laptop is on his desk,he did not get a chance to look at it. That's pathetic and the worst service ever,so 4 days of schooling I missed out and who knows how more many days I have to miss out on my schooling. In future I will not buy anything from Incredible connection or better I will never ever set foot in that store again.
