Bad Service from Incredible Connection Mall of Africa

I have received the worst online service from Incredible Connection. I purchased x6 Ring cam online on black Friday and only received x4, i called the Mall of Africa branch since they dispatched the cameras and was told to return the cameras to them from Durban to JHB because they made a mistake now I'm expected to pay for, all i want is the x2 remaining cameras i paid for.
