Bad Service from Incredible Connection Cavendish

Bad service from Cavendish Mall. Went to buy an HP 4120 printer , got into store and price was R899 , they informed me to say they don't have stock and I can go to blue route which has 3. I then send my wife from Wynberg to go to Blue Route , she gets the printer and goes to the till and the lady says it R999 so I said to her that isn't the price leave it. Come back to Cavendish , explain it to the sale person and manager and all they say is Sorry , not even a solution to get one from there other branch and sell it to me at the price advertised in store. Instead I wasted Petrol and Time
