BAD SERVICE FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

I have purchase phone and other devices on Incredible connection website on 24 December-2019 they told me that i will receive my order between 2 - 5 working days/business days still today 06-January-2019,i haven't received my order, their call center dont answer call , they don't reply to emails , am so disgusted by their service it is bad worse service i have received in my life , Incredible connection is a bad company to do business with they should just close their online shopping this is not acceptable it sucks , now i had leave SA going back tp work abroad without my order , i have send numerous email to cancel my order even today no email Rep**** by them seems like they don't care
