Bad service

I was called to collect my layby from the westgate store as it is closing down. I asked that I be refunded in cash as it was a debit card payment. The response I got was so unexpected and rude that this can treat their customers like this.

I will not ever buy from this brand because they have no fair treatment for the customer.
