bad service

I was approved for revolving credit about two weeks ago, my verification on fetching my card failed (no idea why) this was last week Saturday. i called daily , even spoke to management and somehow there is always an excuse as to why they can not assist me in getting the card, no one call back and I am applaud by the way customers get treated, there is a 5 day cooling off period before one has t apply again. i do not want to do another application, why is it that they can not sort this out and blame it on IT yet no one reverts back
