Bad Service Delivery

I ordered an iPhone charger online on the 16th of August 2026. The promised 3-5 days delivery. The cable arrived but the adapter is still missing with zero communication. I’m tired of following through. I was told Middleburg is supposed to deliver it. I stay at Witbank. I don’t understand why is taking forever.

Incredible connection online is not so great. The excuse I got was that items come from different stores. That means nothing to me. It’s just bad service delivery. All the other shops like Bash for example have shops everywhere but never deliver items late.

I’m never using the online platform again and I don’t recommend it either.
