BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I've given this company a 1 star purely because I cannot submit a review without selecting a rating - my choice would be a minus star

I did an online upgrade of a number and when following up on the delivery of the phone, had to speak to 12 different agents AND the courier company - a week later and still no phone.
