Bad service

Good day.

I'm struggling to get hold off someone to help me .

Im sending emails and nobody is answering me .

I will not pay arears from the 30 April 2020 as i have send proof that I have no income and no Job , I will however pay outstanding before the 30th of April and the rest must be setteld by the incerance. As i did not pay that so that it will not be paid.

I can not answer all calls my phones speaker is broken and i cant hear anything from the other side .Good day.

As you can see I did send an email to you !!

And as you can see i am did not have any income from the 30th of April 2020.

Please let me know how much was in arears till up to the 30th of April sodat I kan pay that and the rest must be settled by the Incerance ! Also please note that nobody informed me that the incarance will not pay out if there is any arears , go back on your recordings as the lady explain to me what to do. If so please let met make an arangement to pay the arears and please fix this mistake.

I've been struggling to get this papper work at a branch , as the one i opend my account in Theee Rivers Vereeniging has been losed.

I will be incontact with the head office if you do not get back to me regarding this .

Please note that my phone's speaker is out of working and i can not hear anything from the other side , it is beter for me over email .

She is not doing her Job !!!

As also go back on your recordings the one day i was busy explaining the lady why there was no debt order she put the phone down in my ear , very rude.

I hope that we can find a solution for this matter.
