Bad Service

I received a very bad treatment at Incredible Connection HIGHVELD MALL. They literally refused to sell me a TV, JBL Soundbar 2.1, Jbl headphones and a Monitor. Their reason was it is already late (At 17h45, closing at 18h00) and they won’t find taxis if they sell me those things at that time. They even asked me if lm gonna take them home if they sell me the stuff.

The Girl Called Nora was very rude to me and she has a very bad customer service, she made me feel like l was buying at some random unknown store, l am really disappointed with Incredible Connections. Incredible Connection has lost me as a customer today. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
